Nando Apps — CorridoClub and Nando Game

SMS program terms

Program name: Nando Apps Alerts (CorridoClub access delivery and support, and Nando Game access codes), sent from +1 (209) 439-7123.

By providing your mobile phone number at checkout (on a Stripe payment page reached from nandoapps.com, club.nandoapps.com, or juegos.nandoapps.com), you agree to receive transactional text messages from Nando Apps: your access link or access code after a purchase, and support messages when you contact us. Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 3 messages per purchase or subscription event. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or write to info@nandoapps.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The services

CorridoClub is a subscription service (US $14.99/month) that lets you create up to 10 personalized songs ("corridos") per monthly period inside the web app. Credits do not roll over. Access is tied to one phone/device; contact us if you change devices. Songs you create are yours to use, including commercially. Lyrics you provide are your responsibility.

Nando Game is a one-time purchase (US $1.99) that provides an access code tied to one phone/device.

Optional extras (for example, AI scene videos or distribution to streaming platforms) are charged separately and described before purchase.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the paid period and no partial refunds are issued for unused time. If an extra you paid for is not delivered, we refund it in full. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. Refunds are returned by Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to create unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and do not share or resell your access link or code. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
