Nando Apps — CorridoClub and Nando Game

Nando Apps ("we", "us") operates CorridoClub (club.nandoapps.com) and Nando Game (juegos.nandoapps.com). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you buy a subscription or product, we collect the information you provide at checkout: your name, email address, and mobile phone number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you create content in CorridoClub (for example, a story or your own lyrics), we store that content so we can generate and deliver your songs.

How we use your information

We use your information only to operate the services: to send you your access link or access code by text message (SMS) and email, to deliver your purchases, to provide customer support (including replies to messages you send us), and to manage your subscription or license.

Text messaging and mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We send transactional messages only: your access link or code after a purchase, and support replies when you contact us first.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the services (for example, Stripe for payments, Twilio for text message delivery, and Supabase for data hosting), and only for that purpose.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving SMS from us. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, write to info@nandoapps.com. We answer within 2 business days.

Data retention and security

We keep your information while your subscription or license is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security measures.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
